While we were in Paris, we picked up a hitchhiker:

Isabella was born June 24th at 4:08 p.m. and weighed 5lbs 13 oz and was 17 inches long. We chose the name Isabella because it means "Devoted to God" and also because Luke used to call me Ela when we were dating and we wanted to incorporate that. Her cousins, Jude and Paloma, call her baby Ella. We chose River because of a character in the sci-fi show, "Firefly" and the movie "Serenity" which we both loved and watched in Paris. We are having lots of fun! Its a bit tiring of course but very rewarding and has grown our prayer lives :)
